Polish your sleeve garters, tighten those suspenders and dust off your first edition bartenders’ guides as round two of the Behind Bars Trivia is almost here. In conjunction with Diageo’s Alchemy, this is the second of three heats to be hosted, culminating with a final in September in Sydney.
