Murray’s Brewery moves to Port Stephens

bottling-line-at-work

After running out of room at its original Taylors Arm headquarters, the brewing operations of Murray’s Craft Brewing Co. have been successfully relocated to larger premises at Bobs Farm. Murray’s Brewery shares its new home with Port Stephens Winery, the peninsula’s oldest and most successful vineyard.

Murray’s Craft Brewing Co. is proudly a 100% Australian-owned craft beer business established in late 2006 by passionate craft beer enthusiast, Murray Howe. Murray’s ‘Ales with Attitude’ (as he calls them) are unconventional, often unique and always full flavoured craft beers.

The first beer to be brewed at the new premises will be Murray’s Whale Ale - a crisp and refreshing wheat beer crafted to celebrate the relocation to Port Stephens. This beer will also be sold on draught by leading liquor outlets and resorts in the region. Plans are also in development to release the popular Murray’s Dark Knight Porter on draught in the region.

Murray’s Brewery is opening its doors to the beer-loving public, running daily brewery tours from Friday 8 May.
